Biography
Art is a vicious circle for Wilds. Art is primarily about beholding and “wanting to see”. “An artist must be willing to let things come to him, to perceive them in the ‘right’ way, and to assimilate and filter the elements, allowing him to rise to a higher level while expressing his ideas.” His works bear witness to an extreme dynamic through colour use, composition and the three-dimensional effect in wood. The artist is simplicity itself: he shuns the masses, he is at his best when he is creating, and for a moment, his acclaim feels like doing work that he longed for or intended. Each time, he does his utmost, gives himself completely, searching for the ultimate movement. Nature is his sacrament. Nina: ‘For me, Wilds is already a legend.’
